    It is odd that a binding agreement was so easy to walk away from and for MNS to allow for that by either party is a little concerning for holders as you would have thought when the announcement was made years ago now, that binding is binding yet as we stand many persons on this website are bagging out the Chinese here yet it is MNS who have terminated the contract, so imagine the uproar in china on their version of hotcopper when talking about binding offtakes with Aussie companies... yet I agree it is all for the best. Makes understanding announcements of future binding offtakes very vague as you never know about the get out clauses. The world of spec stocks ey?! Would love for an Aussie graphite company to secure a solid offtake with a big battery end user soon. That speculation is what is keeping the market cap this high for MNS. A lot of unknowns still for Aussie graphite companies in this sector.
