The ironic part of you mentioning them is that the people who rode GXY from as low as 12.5c to $2.70 over the last ~3 years are the ones who bought in at the time when the 'management let the share price fall to all time lows', as you put it. It was as high as $3 eight years ago...
Those that complained/pointed blame over the languishing share price missed out on a fortune, those that correctly identified fundamental value/future profitability and bought more at those levels made enough money to last 10 lifetimes.
