Our current board did not call the meeting. The alternate shareholder did and they are acting on an information vaccum with a lack of extensive detail. Its up to them to outline how they will take the company forward and lay bare all the facts. Not our current board. In any event I have voted with our current board.
BTW: We do not know all the facts surrounding the judgement. And as you are aware there is a thing called precedent. DYOR
