GH, my agenda is to what I think is best for my investment. At the moment I feel there is a lack of information being provided to shareholders and therefore I have contacted both Vitrinite and the company and asked questions of each before deciding how to vote, surely a rational approach?

You on the other hand post about being patient and wait until the audit results before coming to any conclusions yet you already decided some time ago that you were voting for the board.

You say I am biased against the board - in my post I even stated I am feeling more positive towards the board as more information comes to light. I could just as easily say you have an agenda against Vitrinite.
