This offtake is probably not worth the paper its' printed on. 1) it's too small to make any meaningful cashflow for VRC 2) the company it's with (NGI) seems a little off, as others have mentioned. 3) The plethora of flake graphite juniors that reported graphene production results (mostly this was back in 2015) have already shown that production of graphene from flake is not at all economical; yield is very low and quality is rather poor. Feel sorry for anyone (but traders) that bought the hype on this deal! best of luck to the long suffering longs, VRC have a resource but it's not the size it's what you do with it!
