I have been hearing from the MNS holders for 18 mths the importance of securing a Western off take, the reason is because it will be enforceable ( on that we agree). Let's be clear here the BOA that Volt has secured (at a premium to their basket price) is enforable in the US legal system.

Sadly for MNS they haven't been able to secure this but Volt have.

Like I said Friday there is plenty more behind this one.
