You can say what you want about how the 'big end of town' ran this, but there is no doubt that without the actions of people on this board the issue would not have come to such prominent media and regulator attention.

I for one contacted a fund manager who has a holding in LYC to get him onboard with the SAG. I didn't even need to explain the basic issues about the Forge/ Crown transaction, as he was already alerted to it by the press. This is testament to how us small holders can get issues onto the big boys' agendas.

Sure, a bunch of small shareholders are not able to wield direct voting influence, but the indirect influence has been proven here beyond doubt.

And you can call this board 'toxic', but I don't think there's anything toxic about using valid shareholder action to prevent woefully conflicted deals/ rorts.
