Yep, only just read through the document - it was neither of the two initial parties that they ended up doing a deal with.
While it is good to see the company finally sign some sort of deal, I am by no means happy with the communication. The self-congratulatory schoolboy language is not impressive and I also am not happy with the lack of information of how this deal with a third party came about.
However, it is good to see that the report suggest that the first two parties that made offers have not walked away from AZZ completely just yet and are looking at Dawson County. Also interesting to see the statement from AZZ that "Antares expects that a future sale of all Dawson County project assets would result in the transfer of ~ 25,000 net acres." More deals a potentially on the horizon.
