One quick question -
They are going to pay off Mac Bank loan and will still be left with 100Mill + 10M per annum income. I thought that it is a good outcome as they still have decent area (NS etc) to sell. Yes - could have been better but with oil prices coming down, I thought that it is not a bad deal.
Since there are other buyers looking at the books etc, why so much of negative talk?
