    Something to ponder : will TMR be able settle its transaction for the purchase of BMO's plant from the receiver..if they havent easy access to IBR's cash?
    Might be worth giving the receiver a call to see what the precise terms of the mooted transaction are..
    Winter in Lichvaz without anything to do will be bleak and further drain on resources..add to that a few other glitches and TMR might find itself with other problems ..it could be a pack of cards ? Comments welcome!!
