    Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, what can a lame duck of two IBR shareholders do to run the company - zilch. One thinks that TMR can stack the IBR Board with TMR directors, and paralyse its operations and over rule any decisions made. Actually it is the recalicerant remaing IBR shareholders of whom are doing the damage. Many ways to skin cat.
