Very well presented case LINAKER.

Thanks and congratulation on doing so, for us all to be reminded of the good deeds our management managed to achieve on our behalf.

But we know that, as far as it goes, it will be all water on the duck's back.
I am also sure that one, if not more than one of our directors, is following the threads, and I would like to know if he/them have the guts to revel himself/themselves.

They really have managed to give us all a very good Christmas present. Thank you very much to them all.

But, as someone said on this forum, we still have ASIC looking into this issue, and we never know. Justice may be made.

On the other hand, a company announcement was made yesterday on OZL, that a class action is to be made by IMF (who is prepared to fund the legal costs on behalf of the shareholders), for misinformations and witholding of informations by the Directors of that company.

Will Justice repeat itself here?? WE NEVER KNOW, LOL.

In the meantime I will continue to hold my ADY.
