Bellamies has had no debt for 18mths but did earn Interest of $588,000 from cash.
So tomorrows announcement is not about Raising cash.

Point 1 ; is about changing forecast for future earnings which if they have to announce it must be more than >5% fall in earnings.

ASIC is investigation the sale of shares back in Aug / Sept by 2 directors is a bad sign but they can be replaced with Directors who can manage their sales better.
