directors make tonnes of money because shareholders don't analyse the small details and when they get pulled up on it Ive seen a lot of amendments take place
In an Iron ore miner called IOR when it was supposed to be incentive shares for the managing director for meeting performance targets, it was supposed to be 58% FE target but then towards the back of the book it said 50%. Somebody saw it and it went viral on the Hot Copper thread and then they had to make the amendment. They said it was a mistake someone just put 0 instead of 8 but it could have been costly for shareholders
