In an Iron ore miner called IOR when it was supposed to be incentive shares for the managing director for meeting performance targets, it was supposed to be 58% FE target but then towards the back of the book it said 50%. Somebody saw it and it went viral on the Hot Copper thread and then they had to make the amendment. They said it was a mistake someone just put 0 instead of 8 but it could have been costly for shareholders
