I can't believe that execurives are allowed to make statements...

I can't believe that execurives are allowed to make statements which indicate that they're travelling OK and then in a matter of weeks later, they say - they need to raise extra capital. huh??????????? ............ Is this misleading the market or what? or is it - that they are incomptent?

Is there an opportunity here for a class action against company executives? They get their massive salaries while the shareholders foot the bill.
