I LOVED CEU last year, and was peeved to sell.
I believed that refinancing during construction was fantastic (which it was). Traffic down, but not too bad really. I like the road.
I was totally convinced, and am only lucky that I don't hold as I would have loved to have bought all the way down.
The mgt and board should be flogged for this. No good at all.
