So often the weakest link in the chain is the link from client to the SaaS unless that has sufficient redundancy inbuilt.

We have 400/400 fibre at work but on the odd occasionally that goes down everyone needs to jump onto a hotspot on their phone to stay connected... the SaaS is running fine you just lose your local connection.
