    Your probably on the money and the State Tax man is using it, spying on me hahaha.

    The property where we are building a new House.
    Hmm, well, if you have property over here and over the value of 300,000, land value and are not living there they rip you off Land Tax and some metro come rip off tax.
    Because we sold here and are effectively renting until the new house is finished, we don't have a primary place of residence, which the new will be.

    Anyway, after huffing and puffing, trying to avoid this rip off of around 3-4 g's, provisions are there to give you 2 tax years to build.
    Anyway, they obviously used Google earth or something and said, you have not finished, hence clearly not living there in the 2 year time frame.
    Hence the exemption denied, back pay required and they moved the 2 year extension forward.

    And to top it off, because the daughters place is in our names (protection for her), it is normally exempt, but only if no other properties of yours, attract this tax, otherwise, they are ALL added together and taxed as one = Indian givers, take the other exemption off you as well.

    Life is like your climbing out of a hole and some mother is kicking you in the mouth, as you stick your head up.
