Here's my post again for Rockymc just in case it was missed.

Rocky in Beachtrade's defence if you read it carefully today is the date for a decision but as the DERM has stated:

"pending any extension of this date for the provision of additional information to DERM."

We can only hope there is nothing further required by the DERM but if there is then hopefully it's something that won't hold them up for too long.

Kevin, the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) is currently assessing Carbon Energy's applications to amend its Environmental Authorities (EAs) for MDL374 (mining activities) and PFL6 (petroleum activities).

The public notification period for PFL6 closed on 15 November 2011. The current decision date for the both EAs is 25 November 2011, pending any extension of this date for the provision of additional information to DERM.
