It's a speculative stock! with no actual venture moving fwd ! with not enough cash in the coffers to make it to ''consort out of escrow'' time ! (and a bunch of shady types in both !)..thats worth zero to 14.5 cents per share to the market right now !and realistically has no visible means of support until spud oil or no oil....
There may be 50 or more billion barrels of oil on and off shore, 10 million tons of coal squillions of truck loads of Galina and uranium too !..... thats worth from 2 to 100 bucks per share some time in the future to others... but not now..
The market is about now....hope is about then...
Who will exploit it is anyone's guess in the future, but don't rule out force majeure....the country is not a country....It's mad max 4,5,6,7 and Waterworld 2 all rolled up in a ball of acid and stuck together with religious fundamentalist extremism...(sort of like Lygon street after the grand prix !!)
