I have not looked into this and dont intend to but i am guessing that the socius issue of shares could be due to another re-pricing event. Seriously, what kind of a cornerstone shareholder bleeds a company like they have done over the last 12 months?
Well done management, well done. we would have been better off coming to professional shareholders for a cap raising every now and then rather than giving up half the company to a hedge fund who churn your shares for % profits.
