The real point I wanted to make about Socius is now posted under the thread "another query on issued capital".

To me the Socius share issues don't add up. I'll happily accept a correction from the company if a mistake was made. Failing that they need to give an explanation rather than hide it in the 3B.

As many have said ... transparency ... transparency.

As for the oppies issued today, I'm not that fazed if someone accpeted them in lieu of payment at this stage.

I'm happy with today's board appointment, but unhappy with the potential hidden detail in the 3B.
