There are too many unknowns to have any confidence that Thorney can turn this around into a highly profitable company. Sargon receivables are starting to fade away into legal fees and likely to carry on for many more months, Connie wants out and there doesn't appear to be any other suitors.
I'm all for supporting the offer - 43c is a fair bit more attractive than the original offer and is probably fair and reasonable in the current climate. There will be a lot of disgruntled shareholders should the bid fail and even now the buying depth is rapidly fading. Who knows how much this will drop if the bid fails but I'm willing to guess it will be back into the 20's. So I'm voting for the offer and hoping the extra time will give OVH enough opportunity to get the required votes. There are other options should the bid fail on the first vote and maybe Thorney may have a change of heart.
