I have no feeling for, or against OVH. I bought the stock to make money and I intend to vote for the takeover by IRESS. IMHO $0.430 is a pretty good offer. If it falls back to the 20s if the takeover is defeated, then Thorney might try to get the company for next to nothing. DYOR of course. But I make most of my income arbitraging an takeovers. So this is merely one of many for me. We now have until the 21st to vote. If most of the small shareholders vote for the Scheme, then Thorneys will lose.
