Are you a current or former employee , seems like you are an ex employee she got rid of, maybe for poor performance rather than to cut costs.

Arrowhead of course I can see some of the synergies which is why i am happy if IRE buy OVH.

I wish i sold at 41 though rather than waiting for the extra little bit of cash or a higher offer. I cant see how Thorney can lose credibility changing their mind on this , as they have to many other investments and their word will be mud if they accept the offer .

Maybe TraderZ is right and Connie wants Thorney to help her do the heavy lifting and cleanse the board and management who have let her down?

Hard to know what is happening but one thing is it seems plan A is a no goer.

If 80% vote , that means 100% have to accept the offer for 75% of the register to be for the motion and these votes tend to see less than a 50% vote
