PE relates to what happened in the past and the conditions that were in place at the time not what is going to happen in the future. So why would FAR be penalised if they sold SNE prior to the conclusion of the arbitration process.
If successful the option to PE COP’s 35% should still be in play. IMO Something we should ask to be clarified at the AGM.
