No they stated arbitration is expected to take about 12months and as the process starts when the arbitration request is submitted then IMO it seems pretty obvious what they meant...
The PEgate still rages on yet nobody , including FAR, know when it will conclude but FAR will have a very good idea if it's even going to get there...
