That was my previous understanding Whiskey but the word "proceedings" has specific meaning in the arbitration process. Now I am not sure of time remaining. If they meant proceedings will take roughly 12 months as per email response to Drbrooks or if they meant the process in its entirety will take roughly 12 months will be a very different end date.
