Ive always represented myself in court, when your in the right your in the right it doesnt take a rocket scientist to stand in a court room and tell the truth, if they didnt give FAR the proper documention that is all there is too it, they can only hope they win on a technicality and even that is slim for them. I would think the chances of a FAR victory or settlement on the steps would be 99% if they are being honest when they said they werent given the proper documentation in the allowable 30 days.
