I think you are wrong there, had we just thrown our hands up, everything would have been considered done and WPL would have got a bargain.
But the fact that the 30 day period is over and we still need to "settle things amicably" says we are still "IN" the game as against "OUT OF IT" altogether; even though you gave FAR one in five of a success.
As Whisky said, we are not losing anything (perhaps legal fees) but what is the gain, HUGE.
