Look, CNE would obviously have been aware what FAR were/are proposing .. they sent FAR the strongest 'LOL' to the proposal by endorsing WPLs entry to the JV at 35%.
I have little doubt the Govt and, if it comes to it the Courts, will do the same. Unbelievable. DYOR
