What I am suggesting is that the sale announcement has been expedited to ensure the 30 day preempt period would close before FAR could release their DOC. Hence FAR being caught out by the sale announcement as it was unexpected. It would have been known in the market that FAR was trying to drum up funding for a possible future preemption hence the need to close the preempt period as soon as possible and guarantee that FAR would not be in a position to preempt.
