I suppose it depends on when the actual deal was done.
It still shouldn't make any difference to the actual pre empt period.
No one can speed that up.
It is becoming obvious that there are significant tensions between the JV partners.
It was not all beer and skittles behind closed doors.
I think FAR may trying to use this as leverage to force WPL to make a move.
