yes it is sad that far management has bad form.
that was why i was out of far and into wpl.
just cannot imagine how far is able to pre empt 35%
and subsequently 50% fund, operate development & production($1 billion).
even if far can fund the project would the joint venture trust it to operate?
cannot bring it 3rd party to operate bcos of pre empt?
