The further along this gets, the stinkier it is getting. I am quite sure that there were two back door deals done both deliberately targeting FAR as a victim and both relying on the fact that FAR might not be able to PE the full 39% and hence not to be able to do it all.
At this stage, it does seem to me that even caught by surprise, the little fighter has somehow found a loop hole to turn the thing around. If successful, this would be the biggest back fire there is; and would truly restore my faith that karma is alive and well. For once, the little SH's might get rewarded.
I am certain that the Senegal gov't didn't get involved for trivial maybe's. At this stage, I'll be very happy to get anyone except WPL. I know it's not finish yet, but let's hope good karma wins.
