Thats my concern as well. I was not worried that WPL took over from COP except for the implied pricing. Then I was not concerned either way on whether we PE'd or not. But now we are in conflict with WPL and COP. If we win, fantastic however if we lose, WPL and CNE can do more drilling which will require more funds from FAR. How long is Senegal Gov patience? How much will legal fees cost?
I am holding for the long haul but concern level is starting to rise finally. Maybe my attempt to zone the nervous nellies out has started to weaken.
