    It doesn't really matter what anyone wants, it has to play out according to the law.
    If WPL are contemplating buying FAR, then they will be the ones who need to move first.
    They do not want to alienate the Senegalese government if they want to work with them for the next 50 years.

    It is in no ones best interests for this to become a long drawn out legal battle.
    Legal battles by their very nature take time to be resolved.
    Then when they are, we have the appeals process.

    My point is simple.
    If WPL intend bidding for FAR the time is now.
    That is my expectation.
    If I am wrong then it will get bogged down and turn into a shite fight and yes I agree the Senegalese government will not be happy.
