"Conquering China" did have a Monty Python ring to it, but journalistic immaturity aside, it wasn't entirely silly either. The China team has done dozens of IoT and other networks in China: a wind farm in Hebei, the networking connecting 300 petrol stations around Beijing; a network to manage a fully automated logistics hub in Guangzhou and the ground water monitoring project near Chengdu which serves as the template for the water monitoring project being planned in Thailand. There was the Hong Kong airport too. Various AGM and other presentations didn't detail all of them but there were 20-25 at least.
They help to explain HGC, ALT, Spark and PT&T. There would have been a case study in the pitch-deck for every conceivable network application.
