This article calls into question the judgment and impartiality of senator Conroy. It is beyond belief that a Minister of the crown would have prior knowledge of a pending judicial outcome. This eats away at the very essence of our democracy. If the advice to Senator Conroy came to him through any means, whether it be from Mr Mitchell or the ACCC, he should have known the consequences of making public this information. This is a very serious matter.
