I have sent the following email to the CEO of Telstra:
The announcement released today to clarify an article written by the AFR today appears somewhat cryptic.
Were the figures reported by the AFR provided by Telstra to the Expert panel as part of the NBN RFP process or were the figures created by the ACCC and provided to the Expert panel as part of the NBN RFP process?
If provided by Telstra can I assume that there has been a significant breach of the commercial-in-confidence obligations usually attached to RFP’s?
