The announcement yesterday whilst it had an effect of the sp,was IMO a sign that Conroy is clutching at straws.
Does he really need to play such petty games in an attempt to rally public support for what will be a tough sell to the public.. namely the attempted regulation of telstra out of the broadband game?
The answer of course is- yes he does. Because even though many users have negative views on Telstra, they would not want Telstra to be a victim of heavy handed , government intervention . This is not China in the 60's after all. Or is it?
