As I have written before I believe Abbott and Morrison tricked Indonesia in to bringing their ships to Southern waters of Indonesia to save their "face".

I believe that Indonesia didn't know they were there, because they were not there.

Abbott and Co just said they were to get the favourable reaction. Which they achieved in getting Indonesia to Patrol their waters where Trojans leave.

No one who uses a GPS in a boat would believe they didn't know where they are.

In the Great Barrier Reef Green Zones you are fined if caught fishing there.WE are talking metres not miles in accuracy.
