Why do all you right wingers want a business plan when we all know that most business plans are full of assumptions and not worth the paper they are written on.
So people can make accurate assessment of the assumptions and gauge the probabbility of those assumptions eventuating. From there you can decipher risk and decide whether the project is in fact worht the risk.
Seriously, arguing that there shouldn't be a business plan because its full of assumptions is one of the most bizaare arguments I have heard in a long time.
