No. The internet & better internet is a threat to Murdoch's old paper empire. The rivers of gold have gone to the net. Murdoch thinks he can put up a paywall for his on-line services when people have become accustomed to viewing it for free. He is a dinosaur. Still a rich one though. But the net has allowed 20 yr olds to become multi-billionaires overnight... something which took Murdoch 50 or more years...
