Telstra pays good dividends. That is why I own a few of them.
As for capital gain, well as mentioned in the prospectuses, the risks were pointed out.
The Government was pushing for more competition in the communications space.
Telstra has resisted, stalled and hampered that process to bring us to where we are today. Hopefully the dawn of a new retail Telstra able to compete on an even footing with allcomers.
