I've been attacked by a roo. I was mowing and on a ride on mower. It came at me and I bailed out and left the roo attacking the mower. I called a ranger for permission to shoot it; he came out and wanted to show me it was harmless and got attacked for his effort. He then went and got a rifle and shot the roo. It turned out that a woman had been attacked by the same roo and was hospitalized after the attack.
