i know this is what he WANTS to do, but i'm still unaware that he actually has power to deny a free and equitable market for all telcos.
why should telstra be not allowed to bid for spectrum just like any other telco? surely this is just conroy wielding a rubber stick. or did australia suddenly become a dictatorship without me knowing?
