CM had 23% of BCI (minimum, not including any nominee holdings) prior to the recent FMG transaction and they participated in the capital raising on pro rata basis to maintain their 23% holding which according to me means that they would have in the vicinity of 32M shares.
Maybe they have retained a stake?
