Point 11.4 in my last post relates to a third parties acquisition of more than 25% of a companies shares as requiring government approval.which COP has already applied for as stated in there PR.
The government has 60 days from receiving Cops application to say ya or na.if 60 days pass and the government has not answered,application will deemed approved.
so on top of cops government approval,Far have the JOA legal side to prove.
