Thanks kimbo....just a quick spanner in the works of the 60day Senegal approval;

If it was solely in the hands of Senegal now do knock this back or give approval because its a company takeover then why did Senegal tell the parties to go away and work it out amicably..??? It seems that its more likely to be a terms of PE dispute more than a Senegal Govt. approval of a takeover..

Another factor is that if FAR have Total of whomever waiting in the wings to take part of the PE then that in itself will trigger another PE...which means that it is more likely FAR will be taken out wholly with a price reflecting true value..

The only other avenue is, as Phillip and Whisky say, a private equity that will come in on convertible notes or warrants (cash) ...

Who the hell would want to have someone as flakey as Peter Coleman as JV partner....one minute he is saying there are PE rights at play then he is saying that there can never be PE rights when its a holding company takeover??????? go figure!

Then hes got the gall to say to Reg that his company is too small and hasn't got the wherewithal to make the deal work????? as if WPL had never been in that position in its growth stages..

Just watch as WPL gets a hangover from the Shell withdrawal and SH lack of faith in their esteemed leader..
